    Levercomm, a Canadian company in Montréal, Québec.
    Your data
    Your client documents and deal files stay in your own Google Drive. Levercomm reads them to run the analysis and build your packages, and does not keep copies. AI analysis is processed by Anthropic’s Claude; Anthropic does not use it to train its models. Delete your account and your account details are erased; backups are overwritten within 30 days.
    Your card
    Stripe processes the payment. Levercomm never keeps your card number.
    Cancelling
    Cancel in your account settings before day 14 and nothing is charged. After the trial, a 3-month minimum: from CA$147 (Borrower, 3 × CA$49) to CA$1,047 (Broker Pro, 3 × CA$349), plus taxes. Team: 3 months per broker. Firm licence and Enterprise are billed yearly, from CA$17,955. Lenders pay nothing.
